BUDCo is in its third year now. We have come a long way in that time - 30+ performances, around 100 people involved, and we’ve played to an audience of over 1,000 people. Our shows have been presented at regional theatres, community centres, arts festivals, cafes, schools and colleges, sports clubs and, of course, we now have the wonderful (small but perfectly formed!) ‘Little Theatre’.  Landmarks have included our first ever Irish theatre tour, a Christmas show and appearances at several arts festivals. In the future, whilst continuing our love affair with the plays of Shakespeare, we plan to present new writing and shows associated with the history and culture of East Belfast.  All of our shows, and involvement in BUDCo in general, is open to anyone who wants to audition or become involved.
