Time To Be Proud’s Deadbeat Club launches with a St Valentine’s Day Night Special!
Featuring an EP launch by local heroes Protex. Quickly snapped up by Polydor Records the band released four singles before they were dropped by the label. The band broke up as a result totally disillusioned with the music business. While on hiatus general interest in the band grew fuelled by the success of the Good Vibrations film. The band reformed in 2010 and have continually toured America, Europe and Japan with great success.
No Matter are no strangers to the Sanctuary Theatre having blown the roof off the place at The Ramones Tribute earlier this year. Another local band who have successfully toured Europe and America. Their brand of energetic , fast paced, melodic punk had one reviewer proclaiming “ No Matter are one of the best pop punk bands in the current UK scene”. Check this band out you won’t be disappointed.
Very special guests on the night are A.N.J.A. Who have been quite a name for themselves over the past year. A band to watch - Hot Press Magazine “Explosive on-stage talent” , Yeo Magazine “Rising-Punk Icon”.
